Important Travel Document Information

If you earn a spot on the Grow to Win – Growth Champions Trip to Panama, it’s imperative that you’re ready for travel April 27–30, 2025. Passport validity and visa requests have seen increased processing times, so make sure you are prepared for travel now.

Passport Validity

If you join us in Panama, your passport must have at least one blank page for stamps.
Your passport also must be valid at least three months beyond your arrival date in Panama.
However, it’s recommended to have your passport valid for at least six months after your trip, as airlines and layovers may have their own regulations.

Travel or Exit Visa

Some countries require you to apply to leave the country. Current delays in processing can cause this process to take months to obtain. Here’s what you can do right now:

Look into your country’s requirements.
If your country requires an appointment, schedule your appointment ahead of time for February when winners have been officially announced. You can always cancel later.
When winners are announced, you’ll receive Travel Headquarters information so you can request assistance in gaining a visa letter of invitation, if necessary.
