Field associates will qualify for the recognition trip when they meet the sales criteria set by their respective division
The program is based on sales achievements from the current selling year

Companywide Criteria for Program Year
Meet business unit PPOs
No major loss of business during the program year
No OSHA recordable injuries (where the employee was negligent) and no preventable vehicle accidents
Participants must have no Code of Conduct violations in the program year
Must be employed up until the trip date and in good standing with the company
If employee leaves, trip spot reverts to business

At the end of the year, functional partners that help secure big wins will be nominated to join us in Panama. Five functional partners will be selected to attend the GTW – Growth Champions Trip.
