Trip Rules and Eligibility

Grow to Win – Growth Champions Trip

Eligible Global Field Sales Participants

  • Tier 1 Frontline Associates and Tier 2 Managers (as determined by each division)
  • Field associates will qualify for the recognition trip when they meet the sales criteria set by their respective division
  • The program is based on sales achievements from the current selling year

Award

  • Trip for qualified recipient and guest aged 21 and over

Companywide Criteria for Program Year

  • Meet business unit PPOs
  • No major loss of business during the program year
  • No OSHA recordable injuries (where the employee was negligent) and no preventable vehicle accidents
  • Participants must have no Code of Conduct violations in the program year
  • Must be employed up until the trip date and in good standing with the company
  • If employee leaves, trip spot reverts to business

Support Awards

At the end of the year, functional partners that help secure big wins will be nominated to join us in Panama. Five functional partners will be selected to attend the GTW – Growth Champions Trip.
