We’re dialing up the competition and putting four Grow to Win (GTW) – Growth Champions Trip spots on the line—plus more exciting awards! Drive growth and bring in wins for Team Ecolab for your chance to join the podium.

How It Works

  • Focus on accelerating volume growth to bring in victory!
  • June – August performance will be evaluated by leaders in each sector.
  • In September, each of the 4 business sectors will award 1 Gold medal, 1 Silver medal and 1 Bronze medal to top-performing associates! That’s 12 total winners!
